Shipment, Returns, & Exchanges Policy

(Applicable to Retail, Bulk & Wholesale Orders)

We are committed to delivering quality beach sarongs, garments, and textile products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Acceptance of Goods

  • All customers, including bulk and wholesale buyers, must inspect the products immediately upon receipt.

  • If no notification, claim, or complaint is received within 30 days from the delivery date, the order will be considered accepted and satisfactory, and the buyer confirms that the products meet the agreed specifications and quality standards.

2. Retail Orders – Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • A return or exchange request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

3. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Bulk and wholesale orders are final and non-returnable, except in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Significant damage during transit

    • Incorrect items supplied by us

  • Any issues with bulk or wholesale orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos or videos as evidence.

  • Minor variations in color, size (± tolerance), print placement, or fabric texture are considered normal in textile production and are not grounds for return or exchange.

4. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • Customized, private label, or made-to-order items (including bulk/wholesale orders) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. How to Request a Return or Claim

  • Contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.

  • All claims must receive written approval before any return is initiated.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover or arrange return shipping.

  • For approved returns not caused by our error, all shipping and handling costs will be borne by the buyer.

7. Resolution Options

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:

    • Replacement of defective items

    • Partial refund or credit note

    • Store credit for future orders

  • Refunds or credits will be processed only after inspection and approval.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, altered, or resold items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)

9. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery Policy

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

  • Recipient unavailable or unresponsive

  • Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment will be considered a failed delivery.

Re-Delivery Options:

  • If the buyer wishes to proceed with re-delivery, all re-delivery, re-shipping, and handling fees will be fully charged to the buyer.

  • Re-delivery will be arranged only after confirmation and payment of the applicable fees.

  • Shipping timelines may be extended for re-delivered orders.

If Re-Delivery Is Not Requested:

  • If the buyer chooses not to proceed with re-delivery, or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned, refused, or undeliverable shipments.

10. Price Changes Due to Currency Fluctuations, Shipping Costs, or Other Factors

The prices of products listed on our website are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, shipping costs, or other factors that may affect the cost of production or delivery. In the event of a price change or if the listed price is no longer applicable due to these factors, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction and refund the buyer, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or paid.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Currency exchange rate changes between the order date and the payment date.

  • Increases in shipping costs or additional charges imposed by carriers or suppliers.

  • Other unforeseen factors impacting the cost of goods or delivery.

We will notify the buyer of any changes and the option to proceed or cancel the order. If the buyer chooses to cancel, a full refund will be processed.
